Can i turn off grunt sounds? - Guild Wars Forums

It's highly unlikely, but I was wondering if there was a way to turn off just the grunt sounds in game. Paragon, Avicara, Roller beetle, Grawl, etc grunt sounds are very annoying.

Press F11 and go to the "sound" tab. You can remove it, but it will remove other similar sounds as well.
